By purchasing Insider Medical Admissions services I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I release Insider Medical Admissions, including associated employees, consultants and contractors (to be referred to as “Insider”) and discharge Insider from all claims, demands, or actions by me, on the basis of the discussions and interpretations of Insider. Consideration for this release and disclaimer of liability on behalf of Insider, shall be Insider’s rendered services. Each service requires full pre-payment. Fees paid to Insider Medical Admissions are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any reason. Dr. Finkel reserves the right to terminate the client relationship for any reason, and in that event it is at her sole discretion whether to issue a refund and in what amount. Mock Interviews or Strategy Sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours prior to appointment. Because of confidentiality concerns, Insider will work directly with the applicant, rather than with parents, spouses or other individuals even if these individuals made payment on behalf of the applicant. Clients may not record Mock Interviews or Strategy Sessions. Each editing service provides three revisions of the originally-submitted materials only. Clients may not substitute a new essay for their second or third edits. Dr. Finkel will not complete services greater than nine months after the date of purchase for any service other then the Complete Package. The Complete Package must be used within 18 months of purchase and is – like other services – non-transferable. There are no substitutions in the Complete Package Service. Services are not transferable to another person, and funds used to purchase a service cannot be transferred to pay for another service instead. Insider is permitted to use comments made by clients about Insider services on the Insider website and in Insider materials as testimonials without the client’s express permission as long as Insider posts those comments without the client’s last name. None of the academic institutions referenced in Insider materials are associated with nor endorse Insider. I acknowledge that with Insider Editing, I will submit a sufficient first draft of materials for editing of standard length. (See web site for strict specifics on length.) Insider will not generate my materials for me. I acknowledge that there is no implied or explicit guarantee that the services provided by Insider will improve my admissions results. By purchasing services, I agree with the aforementioned under any applicable law or regulation.
Dr. Finkel is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Medical School. On completing her residency at Harvard, she was asked to stay on as faculty at Harvard Medical School and spent five years teaching at the world-renowned Massachusetts General Hospital. She was appointed to the Assistant Residency Director position for the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency where she reviewed countless applications, personal statements and resumes.
